BIOCIDE – Broad-spectrum biocide for use in cooling water systems
Recommended use: AQT 144 is a broad-spectrum biocide for use in cooling water systems where bacteria and biofilm are expected to be present. It provides microorganism control and clean systems. It may be used alone or with other biocides on a rotation basis.
Restriction on use: Not for food, drug or household use.
Features: Designed to kill bacteria and help prevent slime problems. Has very low environmental impact.
Dosage and control: Normal dose rate: 25 – 60 ppm in system slug dosing or continuous dosing. Can be dosed directly from the drum or other suitable container. May be dosed full strength or diluted to any convenient concentration.
Handling: Do not mix with other chemicals. Prevent contact with eyes.
Compatible materials: Stainless steel, Polyethylene, Polypropylene. PVC.
Incompatible materials: Mild steel.
Storage: Keep this product in original closed container in cool area away from heat.
