SCALE INHIBITORS – Chlorine resistant for cooling water systems
Recommended use: AQT 920 is a phosphonate / polymer / surfactant blend designed to reduce scale formation and fouling in cooling water systems.
Restriction on use: Not for food, drug or household use.
Features: Chlorine resistant. Multiple mechanisms – Threshold inhibition, crystal habit modification, dispersion and surface wetting.
Dosage and control: Normal dose rate: 60 – 80 ppm in system continuous dosing. Control: 3 – 4 ppm Phosphonate. Can be dosed directly from the drum or other suitable container. May be dosed full strength or diluted to any convenient concentration.
Handling: Do not mix with other chemicals. Prevent contact with eyes and skin.
Compatible materials: Stainless steel, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PVC.
Incompatible materials: Mild steel, Aluminium, Brass.
Storage: Keep this product in original closed container in cool area away from heat and strong oxidising agents. Do not store in mild steel containers unless suitably lined.

- Ingestion – drink plenty of water and obtain medical attention. DO NOT induce vomiting.
