AQT 905
CORRSION & SCALE INHIBITOR – Corrosion inhibitor program designed for high heat flux systems.
Recommended use: AQT 905 is a liquid corrosion inhibitor program designed for high heat flux systems.
Restriction on use: Not for food, drug or household use.
Features: A multicomponent inhibitor that provides ferrous metal corrosion protection, copper alloy corrosion protection and scale inhibition.
Dosage and control: Normal dose rate: Between 500 – 1000 ppm and may be slug dosed or dosed by means of a chemical dosing pump proportional to make-up rate. Product level: Phosphonate (as PO₄) x 40 MoO₄ x 150. Product control: 12,5 – 25 ppm Phosphonate as PO₄, 3,25 – 6,5 ppm Molybdate as MoO₄.
Approx prod level = (Csys – Craw) x 13 ppm where Csys = conductivity in microSiemens/cm in system water. Craw = conductivity in microSiemens/cm in make-up water.
Handling: Do not mix with other chemicals. Prevent contact with eyes.
Compatible materials: Copper alloys, Ferrous metals
Storage: Keep this product in original closed container in cool area away from heat.
