CORROSION & SCALE INHIBITOR – Designed for high heat flux systems and CCW systems
Recommended use: AQT 900 is a liquid corrosion inhibitor program designed for high heat flux systems.
Restriction on use: Not for food, drug or household use.
Features: It is a multicomponent inhibitor that provides ferrous metal corrosion protection, copper alloy corrosion protection and scale inhibition in closed cooling water systems. It includes a buffer to control pH.
Dosage and control: Normal Dosage: 2000 – 3000 ppm and may be slug dosed or dosed by means of a chemical dosing pump proportional to make-up rate. Controls: Nitrite: 220 –330 ppm, Molybdate: 9 – 14 ppm as MoO₄ NOTE: AQT 900 should be fed neat via a closed feed system.
Handling: Do not mix with other chemicals. Prevent contact with eyes and skin.
Compatible materials: Copper alloy, Ferrous metal
Incompatible materials: AQT 900 is totally incompatible with acids.
Storage: Keep this product in original closed container in cool area away from heat.

- DO NOT smoke, eat or drink anything when working with this product or before safety clothes are removed and hands and arms are properly washed.
- Contact on skin – wash thoroughly with soap and water.
- Contact with eyes – flush with water for 15 minutes and seek medical attention immediately
- Ingestion – drink plenty of water and obtain medical attention. DO NOT induce vomiting.
